At Black Veil RPG, we strive to provide high-quality, ready-to-play digital content for tabletop RPG enthusiasts. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

That said, we believe in building trust and treating our community with respect. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of your order.

We’ll work with you to:

Resolve any issues or confusion

Offer a replacement or alternate product (when possible)

Provide a refund at our discretion, depending on the situation

Refunds may be denied if:

The content has already been downloaded

The product has been duplicated, shared, or used in a way that suggests full consumption

We do this to balance fairness with the reality that digital files can't be “returned.”


🛠️ Damaged or Incomplete Files

If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't function as described, contact us immediately. We'll replace or repair the file at no cost.
